As the leader of precise cold grinding technology in China,
Luoyang Guotou Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary
entity of China Energy Saving Investment Company. It is a
state-owned high tech enterprise specializing in development
and marketing of automatic machinery.
Precise cold grinding technology is gradually developed in
the end of 20 century, it is widely used in no-cut-chip precise
molding manufacturing ring parts such as bearing and automobile
parts, and it is an advanced manufacturing technology with
high efficiency, high precise, and has the advantages of saving
material and energy, environmental friendly, improving product
quality, thus it is the national emphasized industry to be
developed. Currently, this kind of technology is only mastered
by a few enterprises in Germany and Japan. After years study,
our company succeeded in developing D56G series numerical
control precise cold grinding ring machinery and related precise
cold grinding processing technology, which fill in the gap
in China. It passed the national technology authentication
in 2001, which proved this technology has reached the international
advanced level of same machine tools, and is in the leading
position in China. This technology has complete and independent
intellectual property right. Experts appraise that this kind
of equipment will bring a manufacturing revolution to the
bearing and related industries.
Currently, D56G series cold grinding machines have been sold
to more than teen enterprises in China, and it takes up to
over 50% of the domestic market, and compete with the imported
machines from Japan and Germany.
Luoyang Guotou Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. has more than 30
employees, who are mainly the technicians studying electric
and machinery integration and controlling technology, and
administrative personnel with rich experience. To enlarge
their production scale, the company moved their production
base to Kunshan Precision Die & Mould Components Co. in
Kun Shan city, Jiang Su province in year 2002.
To spread the precise cold grinding technology and improve
the production capacity of cold grinding ring machines, and
establish the production base with 30 million set annual production
capacity and 200 million sales revenue, the company sincerely
